WHO DECIDES WAR accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and security seals remain intact. Please note that all seasonal sale items and special collaborations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Approval & Labeling
Once your request is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form via email.
Package & Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include the return form, and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the garment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
